Refund policy
At SimplePay Home Depot, we are committed to delivering quality products to our customers. All items are thoroughly tested and inspected before dispatch to ensure they are in proper working condition.
Refunds
We currently do not offer refunds once a product has been dispatched or delivered.
Returns
Returns are only accepted under the following condition:

If a product is found to be defective or not functioning as intended, and this is proven upon inspection.
To be eligible for a return:

The issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories included.

Proof of purchase is required.
Once the product is received and inspected, and the defect is confirmed, we will proceed with a replacement or an appropriate resolution, at our discretion.
Important Notes

Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear is not eligible for return.

Products that have been altered or repaired by a third party will not be accepted.
